I can only presume that this is when they couldn't get the phone connected on wifi. (streaming media is blocked at work)

How is that not apple's fault? If you are doing a demo on wifi get your own dedicated access point to use so that there aren't a million other people bumping you off of it.

It's a combination of the Event Tech team apple brought, and the bandwidth of the facility. I deal with this all the time at my hotels.

Only the new iPhone wasn't connecting to the Internet.

Could be a bug in the code or a mistake by the person who is suppose to prep these phones and test them before the demo.
