This is very subjective - There are a lot of factors at work here - We use to get the same thing at Sprint and we would laugh about it - Phone on my right ear, full covg, phone on my left ear, drop call - RF is a tricky thing and people have grown so dependent on it - There is no such thing as 100% in Wireless

I do agree that it us funny how he is setting this up - I heard the the IP4 has like 4 or 5 internal antennas in it now so that might be an issue - Sometimes if you are on the fringe of a Covg zone, even the slightest movement will cause it to drop

I blame Obama

I couldn't watch the video with sound at work, but...

That's a problem with an antenna that you make physical contact with. The antenna needs to be a certain length for a specific frequency. If you make solid contact with your body, you become part of the antenna, effectively changing it's length and changing what frequency the antenna is tuned to pick up.

<--- left handed
I was on the phone shoulder resting, had my breakfast in my left hand, and wrote a note with the right hand. ... now how do I put that on my resume?

If you believe any electronic device of similar magnitude is going to launch without any problems, you're an idiot.

That wasn't directed at you, more the masses.

Being forced to buy a case to fix a reception problem with a brand new device is beyond absurd.

Look at the new Evo.

The screen lifts off because they used poor adhesive. Throw the damn phone in a temp/humidity chamber and I guarantee the same thing would have happened.

Blackberry has had tons of problems with their trackballs getting dirty very quickly and stop working. What, they don't people test them in the real world?

I could go on and on with issues like this, but I'm hungry. It comes with the territory.

the trackpad has replaced the ball across the board I believe. My 8330(trackball curve) is a year old with heavy use and have had no issue. I think people with problems tend to have dirty pockets.
