D-link Router

Damn pos!

I went on vacation and unplugged it. Went to plug back in and it won't power up. Any reason why this would happen? Is there anything I can do? Or just buy a new one?

Having a bad week! Same thing happened to my sub of my home theatre system too.

Hmm, I know, all now those days is made in China?

I had many problems with D-link routers so no d-link for me anymore.
AirPort Extreme Base Station - that one works good for me.

I agree with Pilot. Seems kind of fishy that both the router and sub would stop working at the same time.

Pretty sure the sub and d-link were a conincidence. The D-link was unplugged at the wall. The sub was plugged in but turned off. It was the first time I turned it off in a very long time. I kept it on because it used to go in and out for a 1/2 hour before staying on. When I didn't turn it off ever it worked fine.

Funny thing, after being plugged in for a day the d-link fired up.

I'm going with Arch. Silver solder victim on two counts.
