Sony Walkman vs Nano Shuffle

I'm debating on these two items. The first choice was the nano shuffle but then I saw the Sony Walkman MP3 video player with speakers and got me interested. Both have 8GB, FM tuners and will work with iTunes. The Sony have this video player that you can DL movies and also have built in speakers. Does anybody here have the Sony and how do you like it? TIA.

This was my last Walkman. I had to press play and record at the same time to record a song off the radio. I would highly recommend it.

Wow, it didn't take long for someone to bastardize this thread. I had that $700 unit too back in the 80"s. BTW, the MP3 is a gift for my kid.

Do you really think you will be watching movies on it? Honestly. When are you going to use it most? If when working out, I would get the nano because it's smaller and lighter, clip it on your shirt and forget about it.

let me help you in your reading comprehension

If the kid already has iTunes, and that is his/her go to music software, stick to Apple.

There is a $55 difference in price. I was shooting for the nano shuffle as my other kid have smaller shuffle already. Just thinking if the Sony would be a better choice.

Yup, majority wins. I will call around for the "nano". Sounds like Mork and Mindy. Damn, I'm old.

Sansa makes some decent MP3 players as well.

I have the newest gen Nano and its definitely pretty cool though. Battery life is close ot 24 hours.

Of course at a little over $100 it better be pretty cool.

Have been guying iPods of all sorts from the Apple refurb store. Top notch stuff, brand new case battery and lens on every one. Looks and works 100% like new. Have bought over 50 of them for work and never had one problem.
