apple pays big time

Apple has to pay China 60 million dollars for the Ipad name. Steve Jobs was use to stealing everyones visions, I guess it finally caught up with Apple.

It's being stored in a bank, the point is they literally have 100 billion in liquid money. Not assets, CASH. That is nuts. 60 million? hahahahha, that's cute.

Bingo - All that means is someone @ Apple will have to wait (30) additional days before they receive their company issued iPhone 5

That entire case if goofy. Apple bought the name "iPad" from Proview, but somehow it prevented them from selling the iPad in mainland China. Proview is owned by a bunch of different companies, one of them being the country of China itself.

So China is suing Apple for stealing a name they actually purchased. But, here is the original Proview iPad:

So China is suing Apple over using a product name for a product that the company ripped the design off of Apple from the original iMac.

I say let China win, the have Apple say fuck you and sue the Chinese government for everything they have ripped off

Yup, sue China and a Chinese court.

That's an excellent strategy.

Proview originally wanted something like $400M. I'm sure if Apple would have purchased the name out rite instead of making up the shell company I.P. Application Development they would have ended up paying more than $60M

We all know they need the money. This country keeps taking it all from them.

China seriously pursue this with the amount of plagiarizing they have done for the past 20 years. I don't think they have developed anything on their own to date lol...
