Online Collaboration Software

I am looking for a "low-cost" online collaboration software for a small business.

I see there are a lot of choices online and am wondering if anyone here using a particular suite and/or has opinions on any.

Mainly looking at document management and security around such with capabilities to add/remove users, RWD authority, and other general administrative tools. Number of users would be anywhere from 6 -12.

Thanks.

Glenn

I don't know if this has all the capability and functionality you're looking for but I've used this at a previous job and for personal projects:

hosted sharepoint? A few templates would be perfect for what you are looking for. Rackspace.com charges per GB of usage. Microsoft offers it as well with the office 365 and with office 365 you get microsoft office, and microsoft exchange as well (both better than Google's offerings)

Thanks for the input guys. I will look into the options suggested.

In regards to SharePoint; we use SPO at work and it is a bit of an overkill for what I am looking for. Also, it ain't cheap.

Thanks again.

I would recommend deploying on premise RHUB online collaboration appliances.
