Give it a few weeks after people start getting their hands on it. Have a feeling that there are going to be a ton of apps people make for this thing. Open source is a good thing. Guessing that they must have a media player in the works already so you can watch movie content from your computer drive on your TV.

This is the main reason I bought it. Even the current setup is worth $35, but I'm excited to see what the future holds.

Yep. I use it everyday. Still hoping some other apps make use of it, but just Netflix is worth it so far.

I am sure I am wrong but is this not just Apple TV? - Same thing Windows did with the "Same experience on your phone, tablet and computer" - Just like Apples OS across all devices?

Saw a commercial for it the other day and had to chuckle a bit - Apple TV has been out for 6 years

Cheaper, smaller and simpler hookup than Apple TV. Also not quite as feature rich, yet.

How hard is appletv to set up plug it in connect your ethernet and hdmi and your done seems pretty easy to me and it has more usable features

so basically this device does absolutely nothing but bing apps to a non smart tv something most people already have on a blueray player of etc etc. Cant stream music nor can you watch local content on a server. better of paying for appletv or one of the other players out there that can do much more

Basically youtube and outdated netflix videos seems like a waste of money and resources for the two

go time traveler style and go back in time, fuck his grandma, then shoot forward in time and then fuck his mom. Then return back to present state and call him a the product of two incest whores and hes your son and show video of you plowing the both members of his family. .
