check your video driver settings. several video drivers come with their own configuration panel, within which you can rotate the image.

Dell PC? Probably has a integrated Nvidia based GPU. Like Chris said, there is a utility bundled w/ the Nvidia display drivers called NVRotate I believe. You should see this under the advanced settings of your display properties. There may also be an icon/shortcut in your system tray (icons by the clock) which will allow you to get top the advanced display properties quickly.
