Photo editing program?

Whats a decent photo editing program? Im just looking to resize and maybe touch up a little. Nothing too elaborate.

Is a free download an option or should I be buying a program?

recommendations please?

Mike

I use Photoshop Elements.
It's easy and tons of options.

As the CLSB Unofficial Photogropher I use Picasa for my pics. It's free and great technology on editing pics.

Look at some posts threads I've been a part of and check out the pics. You can even put captions.
