Outlook question---

Okay.....I have outlook on my work computer with a TON of contacts and info in it. It is linked up with my blackberry but i will be changing companies soon. Since they are going to eliminate my phone and outlook is there ANY way i can back up all these contacts and emails and put it on a thumbstick to reload them on my outlook at home? I TRULY DO NOT want to have to re-type all this! It would take days!!!!! Plus i have quite a few emails i want to keep as well.

Thanks for the help-- hopefully!

Goto tools in outlokk, look for the dropdown for "import/export" export the file to a .PST type of file. Put that file on your usb stick. In the new outlook do the same, but IMPORT from .PST file you created.

PST is your whole Personal data STore, so all yer sh*t will be there.

When you go through it, highlight your topmost folder (Labdogsinbox), then make sure you check the box that says "include subfolders" you should get it all.

My bad! Make sure you highlight Mailbox- "LABDOG" not just the inbox as I erroneously stated in the prior post......Sorry I was doing it from memory.
