Smartphone users!

What model do you have, what service do you have, and what kind of a data plan do you have?

I'm looking at getting one for work and also for personal use but mainly for work. The Treo and blackberry are obviously the two best looking right now so post up!

I love my Blackberry 8700 and swear by it, as far as service goes I have t-mobile and work covers all the costs. I think they pay 20 bucks a month for my 500 minutes and unlimited everything else.

Joking! I have a Motorola Q with Verizon Wireless. It's ok. I had the data plan and cancelled it... Browsing online wasn't too bad and I used to check my hotmail from it (which is good because I can't get on a web based e-mail from work). It's windows mobile based which isn't too bad. I don't care for Verizon however and switched to it from T-Mobile. My friend has the Treo and likes this one but it's referbished b/c the first one kept getting locked up (which I hear is typical) she also has never been able to sync it to the computer. But I do know the Treo can recieve and edit MS docs (excel and powerpoint-I believe). I know Meech has a Q and she likes it.

On the blackberry you can see complete webpages. Sometimes it looks alittle funny some web pages don't work at all. I wouldn't say the web surfing on my 8700 is GREAT but I wouldn't complain about it either. That and the fact that I can use it as a modem and hook it up to my PC and get any websites I want rocks.

I have the Blackberry World Edition through Verizon... I love it! I have the data plan and all and webpages turn up pretty good on it, but I don't really use the web with it.... Mostly just use it for the calendar and email options... The only thing that I noticed is that the keyboard is kinda small to type with. Its okay for me cause I have pretty small fingers but my boss tried to use it and he had a hard time... There is a new Blackberry coming out through Cingular and T-Mobile (I think) that is called Craze or something like that and its supposed to be the best one so far! Still has the small keyboard tho...

There's the Curve which is the 8300 only on AT&T right now

the 8800 which is alittle older but has GPS build in and is out for almost all the carriers.

I think i'm going to wait until the Curve comes out for T-mobile and drop the cash for that.

Propbably getting a BlackJack w/ AT&T soon, have to succum to work peer-pressure to get with the program. Many people at work have the same combo. A couple Dash/T-Mobile users as well.

Treo, EVDO and Sprint FTW. My DL speeds is a whopping 700+ Kbps. I'm not a big fan of Windows Mobile so I stick with the good old Palm OS. Rock solid, fast and does the job. WM may offer a few more features but it is not as stable as Palm OS. I tried playing with a PPC 6700 but eventually sold it, sticking with my trusty Treo 700p.

Motorola I930 with nextel used to have data plan not anymore never used it. It's a brick but I like it.

Treo 650 with cingular unlimited data plan. using good messanger I have full access to my companies exchange server including our global address list. Can surf the web all day and have my comcast and gmail sync'd up with it. Phone does everything I need. before this I had the cingular 8125, it was decent, but the treo blows it away, especially the palm OS, I don't have to reboot my phone constantly like I did with the 8125.

BlackBerry Pearl through Cingular/AT&T. . . WOW!!!

Bestest phone I've ever had! I can access eight seperate email accounts (Odd because I only have personal, waste and work) it takes great pictures and is an awesome phone. I love the tiny size too! I've had a lot of phones and a few Palm Pilots over the years and this is an outstanding product!

My mom has a Pearl and I find it very confusing and a pain in the ass to use. Nothing about the OS seems natural, changing the ring tone volume take about 2 minutes instead of 5 seconds on my Samsung, little things like that bug me though.
