Sprint breaks up with high-maint customers

hehe, guess if you bitch too much they just say "see ya". Wonder if they are permanently banned from subscribing with Sprint again?

hilarious, that company is sooooo screwed up. I had both sprint and nextel and hated dealing with both of them, then they merged and I laughed. Match made in heaven

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

This is to make the short-term spreadsheet numbers look better. It's rather easy to do the metrics to find out what customers you make money on and which ones you lose money on based on a simple revenue versus cost to serve analysis.

Sprint sucks it was probably their fault in the first place. Who really wants to call support that much anyways.

I've had Comcast Digital for 3 weeks and I think I might get kicked off of them too if they have the same plan as Sprint.

Telling the customers GoodBye is easier and cheaper than actually fixing the problems that causes them to call in the first place.

Way to step over the dollars to pick up the pennies

This is why I think it's only to make their books look better. I suspect someone is looking massage some stock numbers or bond prices.

I don't see what the problem is. Doesn't everyone want to leave Sprint anyway? Here's the golden ticket out!

I hated Sprint's service and customer service so much I paid to cancel two lines to switch to T-Mobile as I had another year on my contract. Best $300 I ever spent.

Hahaha, I just signed up with SPRINT, under their SERO plan, cheapest service by far!!!

But their customer service does suck bigtime, I use thier eCare system (emails vs. calls).
