Yes, it's a hexadecimal color code for red. Anyone with HTML coding experience should be readily familiar with it.

R, G, B values are computed via two digits per color value.
Since FF is "All" and 00 is "none" its All Red, and None Green, None Blue.
Ergo, FF0000 is All Red.

Of course, if you're really being arcane, you can shorten it to F00 (which, I think is even funnier)
(and no, there is no P value in hexidecimal... so get your mind out of the toilet!)
