You can play flight simulator and then move all radio stacks, gps nav and other windows off to the side. Got an Acer 19" widescreen the other day. Takes a while to get used to it after having crt's since 99. BB had it on sale for $140. If my vid card had 2 outputs I may had picked up 2.

19" wide? why so small? the 22" is only a couple bucks more these days and your pr0n will look even better on it.

Dont need bigger. Vid card may not handle the 22 anyways (computer was built in 02. Due for rebuild soon anyways). Plus its big enough for me where it sits. Not that big of a fan of lcds anyways. My home servers 14" popped the other night and since its damn near impossible to find small crt's, figured might as well get this since the 17" crt's they were sellign were MORE than this.
Not even gonna go into the rant I have with HD/LCD/Plasma tv's. I HATE it when sales people try to tell you a 32" tv isnt large enough. My tv is 3 feet from my bed. Hell it look HUGE as it is. WTF would I want a 46" or 65" LCD there? Not to mention it wouldnt fit the entertainment center anyways. I know someone who uses their 65" for a computer monitor after they got fed up with cable and sat tv. Must be weird sitting 15' from teh monitor when on teh net.

fair enough, I'm just saying that if you're thinking of doing dual 19s then you clearly want the visual space and have the physical space. My next monitor will be a 22+ wide screen with one of those desk mount articulating arms.

Only reason I would do the dual is so I can have the tv tuner in my computer on one side while I surf on the other. Only issue with space would be I would have to ind another spot for the printer.

19" Widescreen LCDs suck because the extra 160 pixels horizontal real estate is pretty much useless. To add salt to a wound you lose 60 pixels vertical real estate. With prices as they are, 22" should be a minimum. I rock a 24" LCD.
