What do I need to play a DVD on my laptop?
...and where do I get it?

I recently had the hard drive replaced, and have XP 2002 pro service pack 2 installed.

Thanks

you need a DVD drive, and some kindof software to play it. most laptops that came with a DVD drive will just run a DVD.

i forgot the name of the plug-in needed to get Windoze media player to do it.

Do you have the drivers for the DVD installed?
