2 this time, or go for 3?

like the last few times, all this has to be paid in advanced which might be a pain in the booty for 3 of them.

what ya guys think?

I'd say like this year (one at Gratten and one at Blackhawk), but open them both up to everybody.

Gingerman is about an hour closer than Gratten, is that track rentable? May be more doable, especially for the south side folks.

I'll go to as many track days as you can offer at BHF. I haven't ridden Gingerman or Gratten. I'd ride those, too.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

BHF, due to it's proximity to us (and now that it's been resurfaced) would be #1 on my list. Then Grattan, Gingerman, and dare I wish it - Putnam. But as always, I'm not able to go on weekdays in June or August. So if we got them in May, July or September, I'm in.

I'll prepay for any/all days you can come up with. The BHF trip this year was the most fun I've had on my bike!

Especially if there will be multiple days, I hope some of the seasoned track riders can step up and run at least one of em so Oddy can stop making excuses about those weak laptimes...

deffinetly 2 days. i know weekends are hard to get but if you can get them i think more people are willing to come.

If you are seperateing in groups and each group has its own session then i would say thats cool let everyone in.

Willard: When I was home after my first tour, it was worse. I'd wake up and there'd be nothing. I hardly said a word to my wife, until I said "yes" to a divorce. When I was here, I wanted to be there; when I was there, all I could think of was getting back into the jungle.

ok well here is the deal, i rather keep the track days next year for a couple reason,

1, EVERYONE can go, no matter what kind of experance.

2. closer and for the couple bucks more they charge we still have a blast with as many guys as it needs to keep the cost resonable.

3. you bet these times, i am not gonna be the tower controler, i am going to hire someone to do that, so theres another 100 bucks into the bill, i dont care, i need to start having fun too at these days instead if runing to SO MUCH that i cant ride.

4. its closer, everyone can go, and its a freaking blast with us there.

i will start talking to blackhawks here soon.

ok well i talked to my contact this morning, and got some news.

1. if i book a weekend, WE WILL NOT get bumped...we are now building rank with BHF

2. agiain since we are building rank"rain policy" is still mostly the same, dont run till noon cause of rain, all we owe is for corner workers, and EMS. if we ride in the morning, and then rains later thats considered a full track day.

BUT since we are CLSB they will not bother us if we choose to ride in the rain, UNLESS it is some bad shit with lightning, so now we can ride in the rain if we want.

they should know there schedule by the mid to end november for next year, and IF the prices will go up or not.

so this is good news!
