Awesome....I knew it was only a matter of time before they added a bike show. They did a special on one of their dragstrip shows featuring two girls who race. It was pretty interesting and they were smokin folks! As it is now, my weak mechanical butt is glued to Spike TV every Saturday morning for their line-up....everything from the Hot Rodding to Ride w/ Funkmakster Flex (he's doin it BIG!). Pretty informative and you can tell they put in a lot of time and money into their programming.

I sent them another idea for a bike show also. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. If it ever comes about you guys will go nuts.

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

I've watched that Ride with Funk flex and that silly Chinese show where they do all sorts of strange competitions.. I don't know what the hell it was all about, but it usually ends up with Chinamen getting dropped into muddy water. Funny though

Spike TV is pretty good so far.. I didn't know they played A-team or else I'd be watching it. heh I grew up on that stuff.

How come you guys are so ANTI speed channel ?

I have tivo record anything that has "motorcycle" in the title. and I'd say 90 percent of it is from the speed channel..

I wish they'd do more .. but at least its somthing.
if it were gone, all we'd see are the motards on oln .. and maybe american chopper on discovery.

2 reasons for me

1st they totally cut back on all motorcycle stuff.
2nd they price guaged the cable company in my neighborhood causing them to drop the channel all together. I can't even get it if I wanna pay extra for it anymore

I had cable for too many years.. at least around here... Cable sux! .... Too much money for the same stuff and the price keeps going up every 6 months.

Part of the problems is there is not a huge audience for motorcycle racing, meanwhile the nascar audience is growing by leaps and bounds, couple that with the fact that Television is a ratings industry......
As usual it comes down to $$$$

Maybe I'm just overly gratefull, Until I dumped cable I never even saw rossi or hayden much less a motogp race.

Oh well, Time to dig up those old race recordings, season is almost done.
