Hope this doesn't become a habit. Sucks but I understand where they are coming from.

it will, you cant sustain a business on last minute bookings for weather shoppers.

I believe the North Central region is WERAs most northern and spring weather in Michigan can be almost anything. I missed this past weeked at Grattan waiting on parts from Aprilia, so I can not complain too much. I was really looking forwards to racing at Gingerman in a few weeks. I guess I'll have a free weekend to do some dirt stuff now and extra time to get dialed in for the WERA round at the beaver in june.

I fail to understand why WERA and CCS will not adopt a new business model.
I guess it is easier to curse the darkness.

I also think it might have to do with the owner of WERA, as she has just had major surgery. Josh Herrin mentioned it in the starting grid this weekend. But Mongo's wife also mentioned 2 weeks ago on the wera bbs that they did not have any entries for the Gingerman and Grattan roounds and if they didn't fill up soon they would cancel. So when it rains it pours. Not good.

i blame me for all this...

i should have started this sport a few yrs earlier. i would have my license and winning all the races and be famous. then all of you would come out to race with me just to see the greatness rain or shine.

oh to dream a little dream

i want to drink, but only to kill a certain few brain cells and i don't care how many i have to take out to get to them.

What's wrong with WERA's business model...they run a good organization.

The North Central region for them has always been there weakest though. Grids have been down a good 30% for the last 2 years...I don't think this year is any better.
