CSS Level II Review

Usually everyone hates on CSS for serious learning, but for me its about fun. Level II focuses on track vision and vision drills. These concepts are not new, but being forced to practice them makes them hit home more... so for me it was worth it. Besides, for the fun part I got to:

1. Go to the Monterey Pennisula
2. Ride at Laguna Seca
3. Ride a BMW S1000RR
4. Rent helmet/leathers (ick)
5. Post gratuitous photos of me in turn 1 and atop the cork screw

If you ever have a chance to ride around Laguna Seca, DO IT!!! That place is a blast. Awesome fun.

-Jeff

It's an additional $200 to use their bike, another $75 for equipment rental (helmet, gloves, leathers, boots and back protector)

It's not cheap, but it was a way to get to ride around Laguna Seca (my real goal).

I'll be moving about 5 minutes away from the track in a few months. Doubt I'll have the money to do CSS anytime soon and I think my bike is too loud for their strict noise regulations. Someday though.
