Need vinyl racing #s or plates?

Seems like a decent Ebay store....$1.00 per number for 8" high.

Does anyone know offhand what the CCS requiremenmts are for amateur?

I think the ones I have are only 6" high....Check it out

Seems like these questions come up with regularity.

Click HERE for the CCS "New Racer Package". They will hopefully post the 2004 rulebook soon, in the meantime, I know that the requirements for numbering your bike have not chnaged.

New for 2004 is the requirement that you have your competition number on the chin bar of your helmet.

Does this mean you will be racing this year Kruz? Thought I saw something in another thread that you weren't planning to.

Not to bastardize...but can anyone tell me "why" they would want your number on your chinbar? Seems like a strange request to me.

Playing it by ear? Do you want to race? If so then race, if not then don't

Just giving you crap man. Oh yeah and the rulebook says 8" front 6" rear with a 10"x12" number plate up front, and rounded edges, and a specific font, and no stickers on the number plate and.... ....................

Just try to get as large as you can, make sure they are yellow plates, and you should be fine. As long as the number is visible and clear you should be ok. Oh yeah and if you have a 1 in your number make sure you cut the little ear off because it could be mistaken for a 7

In the event of a multi-bike crash, it will give cornerworkers more information to help in communicating with race control staff.

Just to let you all know I bought a whole set of numbers for my RC-51 and a few extra numbers for the 929 from this guy and he is totally cool. He even added extra stuff in the box as a thank you for the purchase. If you need stuff hook him up he is a great guy.

Just thought that I would pass it on.
