Felllow big bellied trackguys....

Gotcha Made you look (Jimbo, Ken)

Seriously though, I beleive my belly is slowing me down slightly for a few reasons.

1. Can't tuck all the way down with belly in the way.
2. Can't lean low enough for same reason.
3. I've got at least 2hp to gain from losing my belly (1hp=~7lbs)
4. My dam suit is uncomfortable in the belly.

I need to get motivated.

I've actually been doing awesome the past four weeks. Unfortunately I've only lost 14#, which is a lot, but comparitively, I've got a ton more to lose, like 50 pounds. I'd be happy losing at least another 30.

Jack...you were looking pretty dam slim and trim on the Zuma this weekend.

Maybe we should both walk more instead of riding our pitbikes

I actually need that Zuma or I wouldn't make it through the weekend. As it is, I'm dead tired at the end of the day. I've been eating a lot better, a lot! I've been lifting weights 3 times a week and biking a couple times a week too. It just can't come off fast enough. I weighed in today after my second two weeks and was hoping to see a couple more lost than I did. Oh well, I do feel a lot better and I know I'ved gained some muscle.

Take heart, Jack... Muscle is more dense than fat (and therefore weighs more while taking up less space). Overall body composition is more important than weight loss - look for changes in inches, not so much in pounds.

Thanks Kim, and yeah, I know. I did go down a pants size so I do feel good about that. I know it took a long time putting it on, it will come off and I am sticking to it.

Wait -- I thought you guys were just trying to be lighter for added HP...by that logic, you don't want to bulk up with heavy muscle...

Try smoking crack. It'll speed up your metabolism, reduce your desire to lift weights, and lower your inhibitions while on the track! You're be less fatty, less muscular, extra excitable and REALLY fast and CRAZY on the track.

Get interested in a new gal.

There is nothing firm, nothing balanced, nothing durable in all the universe. Nothing remains in its original state, each day, each hour, each moment, there is change. Change is the essence of life. Embrace change as you do life. To fight change is to live in the past.

wrong!

when you date women they demand a certain amount of your free time. Which you give them. You are then left with less free time. Now you gotta see your buddies so you do that, then there is riding, and work. At this point you have no time left and the gym takes the hit. I've discovered the best plan is to work out with your girlfriend. 2 birds with one stone!
