track advice....

Ive been riding a handfull of years,am able to work on my own bikes,but dont know much about road racing (yet)
Im signed up to do a track day this fall @ autobahncountry club in sep.
heres what Im asking help on.....
I have a choice to make.. I have 2 bikes to choose from to take to the track
1 .1998 zx9r
2. 2001 zrx 1200

which bike would be better for my 1st track day?
pros vs. cons?

thats what i was thinking ....but the zrx has ss brake lines ..which may end up on the ninja...
and the zrx suspension looked like it might be fun to play with..
but its a tank compared to the 9

Neither is a 600, but the 9 will be better. I've done 3 trackdays on my REX and downsized to a furby! Rex kicked a litle tail on the track tho

WORD! YTrap was haulin the Rex around quite well

Life has no instruction manual. Parts and labor can be impossible to find. Many go down the road with parts that are in need of service. A breakdown is eventual.
