July 17-19th CCS races!

Okay,

Who's up for this! Post up! I plan on racing Supertwins and LWSupersport on Sunday. MAYBE a race on Saturday as well.
I hope to do SuperDave's school on the monday following so I'm going a bit lighter on the races.

Ken, it's at Blackhawk. I'm heading up at the latest sometime on Saturday. I might head up on Friday night.

The race school is on Saturday.

Learning Curves with Rick Breuer. Yes, provided you keep it upright and don't directly cause another rider to crash, you get your license for CCS.

Sure thing man, you know what to look for.

If your bike isn't gonna be done just buy a new one.

Or you might talk to my wife and see what the "rental" fee would be on her SV.

Okay folks, maybe I should post this on the CCS board:

I'm pretty sure I lost my paper temp license. I had it with me when I went to army stuff, but I may have threw it out with the other 50,000 scraps of paper I had in the wallet after that. Is this going to be a problem? I still haven't got my official license yet.

Tom, her SV only has inverted forks that's about the extent of her mods.

We will probably take it with us, but definitely not race ready, I had to cut the belly pan to clear the crappy stock pipe. Since it's a street bike for her it didn't matter. Plus nothing is safety wired on it either.

You'll have the bike back if not just bring it out Friday night and we'll finish it at the track.

So you are bringing someone to steal spots from me? DOH! Well I have a generator, but now you can't borrow it.

In all seriousness, we have on but it's not exactly portable and we usually just pay the $20 for power as opposed to running the generator.

Might have to. Drucker still has it and is only straightening the frame and forks. When I get it back, there's still going to be a lot to do. Can you drill the transponder holes for me again?

Thanks, dude.

Sure thing, and I'm serious about putting it together there. We don't have Ethan this time and I'm only racing Sunday so we could have from whenever you get there Saturday until whenever your first race is Sunday. Trust me I'm getting good at trackside repairs.

Actually mines not, but that's because I stole parts from it so my wife could ride her bike until her parts come in.

Seems only fair since I'm sure there will be a day that I need to steel parts from hers to get mine back out there.

Just as long as we all don't race in the same races we can steal parts off each others bikes. Hey Dave, you can use my levers if you lend me your rearsets, and Grover, can I borrow your front wheel, I lend you my clip ons.

So maybe we shouldn't race the same races that way between us we always have a bike to run.

I'm prepared this time grasshopper, my spares bin has grown since the last time, I now have I think 3 sets of levers.
