Damn, that is a weird line-up. Not like anything this year. Hey, at least Kawi is in the top 10 again.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

And that was after Gibernau crashed on like the second lap. All he had to do was ride around and finish any points would've just bumped his lead. Arghhh....

Well considering he was in 11th and only 13 seconds behind kr jr when he went down, i'd say he wasnt to far behind. and to pick his bike up and finish 15th says alot! I hope to see these 2 and the kawi guys being more competitive by seasons end though it will probably be next year

KRJR has the new spec bike......Hopkins is on the old bike.

It will be interesting when the second new bike arrives for Hopkins to use.

Yeah and Biaggi is on an A-Spec honda and Rossi is on a Yamaha.

Now let it begin, "Biaggi isn't on an A-Spec bike..."

Just stirring stuff up.

go getem' boys!!!!!
This is qualifying!

Tamada won the race, Biaggi second and Hayden Third.... all fairly clsoe together. Caparossi was a distant 4th. Rossi and Gibernau both crash out and DNF'd. Edwards rode a respectable 5th place and is now 4th in the points after consistenly finishing in the top 6.

Actually I was wrong. Hopkins rode the new spec bike with the revised firing order for the first time.

"John Hopkins, racing the revised-firing-order engine for the first time, had the disadvantage of a poor grid position after qualifying 17th. He made up a couple of places off the line and was able to pass Ruben Xaus on the tenth of 24 laps and open up a gap. By then, Alex Hofmann was closing and the German was soon involved in a torrid battle with Hopkins for an eventual 11th."

So I guess they were on "equal" bikes.
