Anyone Gonna Be At Road America on Wednesday??

Hey, long time no post.

I am mending from my knee surgery and might venture out to the track on Wednesday to watch the trackday. Just wondering if anybody from the board will be there. Ernie, Travis, Grover, Optimus, Kim, Rob, etc.?? Anyone, anyone? Bueller??

Anyway, I would have posted much more, but have been out of commission and off the bike for pretty much the whole summer so I didn't bother. Hoping to get back on the track again next year and spend a lot of tracktime getting into the swing of things again.

Hope to see someone I know there!

Sorry to hear of the knee problems Amber

Nope, I'm pretty much just racing this year. I'll hit some NESBA days at Putnam in September/October but that's about it.

Heal up Amber.

Not hitting RA either. Haven't done much for track this year. I'm opting to get the bike back in a better running condition first. I jsut need to get this stinking headlight to work now!

Ciao,
Lupi

You don't need a headlight on the track, Lupi!

I'm MIA for this event... being a responsible adult blows!

Bummer, bummer, bummer, and another couple bummers.

Taz, yeah, it's STT (I wasn't sure if I could mention that part or not after reading the little disclaimer thing...)

Ernie, lucky bugger, going to Barber! Aren't there CCS races there this weekend?? You're not racing too, are you?

Grover, that's awesome that you are racing. Hope you're having lots of fun with it and good luck to you!

Yeah, what Kim said Lupi, what do you need a headlight for?!

Rob, maybe I'll see you at the next BHF date (yeah, I keep saying that, I know...LOL).

Okay, well maybe I won't be able to last that long out there on Wednesday anyway, so there!!

Nope, but I need a working headlight to street ride. I'm opting to spend fundage trying to get it back into operational status before spending other fundage on track time.

I miss my track time!!

I wish, but it doesn't look like that will be the case. LOL

They wrote me off of work till at least September 20th, so I'll be happy to be walking normal by then.

If it was just a cartilage removal/arthroscopic surgery, I'd be good to go, but they re-opened my old tumor cut and drilled a hole in my femur bone to do a biopsy to see if my giant cell tumor came back, so that's what's going to take a bit more recovery time. Ahh well, there's always next year! Might come watch the BHF date though....
