ok other than fastraxx are there any other endurance races held by other sanctioning bodies??? Fusa??? ccs, wera???

Ive also lost 12lbs in the last 3 weeks sucka foo, and alot more to follow. I will be under 200 before the end of the year.
working out every night for 2hours! and eating better!

30 min bike
30 min abs
30-1hr swimming (real swimming ya know laps!!)

Last year we raced with Fastrax at Grattan. Now they're part of CCS. This year only 2 of the races were at Grattan. The rest were at a track in Pennsylvania. p.m. VTR or Phozed and they can give you the schedule.

Great job Jim! I have discovered first hand how hard it is to get one's ass back in shape after a long while.

thanks mike though im far from in shape, im headed in the right direction, i take 1 or 2 days off a week, and i feel guilty on those days, but i know i got to rest the body.

thank god miller lite is low in carbs or id be in trouble right about now!

ive come to the conclusion that the best excerise for racing is swimming, talk about needing some lung capacity!!!! I should be golden for full sessions come Putnam!!

Nice job Jim, swimming is an underestimated way of getting in shape fast. Hell man I still remember doing 2 hours of laps just for a friggin' warm-up!! Talk about suffering, coach seemed to get a kick out of it though. Keep up the good work, you still hitting the weights?
