POST: CLSB 9/27 report.

well 1st off let me say thank you guys for all comming out, it went OK, i hope you guys had fun, i hope you guys learned some more about yourselfs, riding, and expanding your skillz.

there were some bike problems today out on the track, and no later then i said, come on guys please make sure your bikes are up to par, i go out later and blow a hose off my water pump that sent me sliding the rear out close to 4-6 feet one way and sent me on a violent ride till it stop, i kept it up pulled off and then got it fixed in a jiffy.

and well as most everyone knows by now the guys at the track i mean, what happened to me and jeff, i am sure jeff is as sore as me and just as PISSED!

i went down, and he RIGHT behind me on the SAME line, which i guess an engine blew "the vintage car races" the last session on sunday. which we didnt see and they didnt clean that good, and as we know with the heat of the sun, it makes the oil lift and come back.

i wont go into it to much further, because what happened to us was WRONG in the way it happened, i have NO PROBLEM with crashing i go each time, knowing it can happen, but full lean and rolling along oil spill that me and jeff rolling over at just the wrong time from it comming back up is fucked up!

like i said there plenty more, but thats mine and jeffs problem, and blackhawks problem, cause i TRULY feel that they let me and you guys down.

anyway, EVERY inch of my body is sore, my head is getting worse looking each minute, i can only imagine the next few days, i will be hurting.

but atleast we didnt break nothing from what we could tell on our bodys.

WELL again, thanks for all that came out, i hope you all had fun, there was alittle down time for that clean up and a couple of bikes that needed to be picked up on the track. but thats how it goes with track riding.
anything can happen.

i will catch you guys later.

Hey, I saw some of you guys sun night while I was driving the miata home. Some of you may have seen me, since a race miata on 90 is hard to miss. The track was clean when I left, but my last race was the 2nd to last one, vintage was the group after me.

i heard it was the LAST race of the day, from a bunch of people AFTER the fact!

and i bet the reason why we didnt see it was the powder stuff made the shiny just look like any other spot on that track.

hope you had fun out there some of those guys were roester tailing dirt and all kinda shit going on and off the track.

i guess it was squid city since the day before they were handing out race licenses.

any way, i just want to forget today.

No question, that just plained SUCKED!

I guess things coulda' been a whole lot worse....glad we were able to walk away from that!!

I hope you don't feel as bad as I think I will in the morning...

On a lighter note...it was great seeing the regulars, and meeting a few new folks as well. As crazy as it was, still better than a day at work.

sweet will post em up in a few, making the webpage for em now.

these are by no means anywhere near professional quality so deal with em and if there is anyone who i happend to get a pic of and you want the original picture, let me know and i'll email it to you or something. the original pics are huge and look much clearer. but if they are blurry in the lil pics then the big pics will be blurry as well. sorry crappy camera. crash i had broke my nice one.. heh

It alwasy sucks to go down - but it would definately suck worse if it were due to an oily track that they didn't feel liek cleaning at the end of the day !?

That's gangsta right there, oh yeah.

Ken, ice that forehead or something dude. Ouch. Turn seven had me spooked after that incident, but that's okay, I was tired as f' anyway. 250 miles on the track today.. time for a shower and bed.

This gets more fun each time I go. I really got a chance to work on braking later and carrying corner speed since the 250 has no balls in the straights. By the last session I was catching a lot of B riders in turns 2,3,4,5 but then they'd all start to pull away again on the back and front stretchs. Can't wait to move up to something bigger next year

Thanks to everyone that put this together

Well there was nothin' nice about all of the oil down. It was a fuck story since the last ccs weekend but oh well.
My little bro had a great time.
I was a little aggravated with the advance group getting the "shaft" with all of the red flags. We'd go out for a couple of laps and then it would get red flagged and our session was over.

But it was good to see you guys.
I'm glad everyone made it thru their get offs. Heal up.

Ken you put on a really fun track day, they are my favorites.
Jeff, congrats on your personal best, and I'm sorry about the oil crash. I hope you guys aren't too sore... Hmmm margarita's for medicinal purposes... I like the way you think

Even though I had mechanical difficulties, I had some really fun times. Working on ??? ex500 in the middle of the night with swerve, grasshopper, granpanot and Ytrap(I gotta torch) had me laughing harder then I had in years, Good times guys .

Thanks a lot to those that helped me with the extra oil. a helping hand and advise,
swerve, bmoney, matt,granpanot, ytrap, bluebusa.
I was able to salvage a rough day and get out and ride on the last session.

I had a good time at the pizza place as well.
Fun seeing the regulars, and meeting new faces as well.
I'm still tired but happy.

I feel lucky to be hanging around such a fun bunch.
hope to see everyone again soon.
