Pretty decent racing....koodos to Dan

They mentioned Dan Ortega of McHenry County...as he scramble to pick his bike up in the 200 FX.

I couldn't quite tell if it was him, but I think he also crashed in Thursday race as he lost 10 or so spots. In both bases, he got back on and finished the race. Great job Dan!

Did anyone else see Jim and Sean from 4&6 scrambling to get his bike back on the grid after it was leaking water? What bad luck.

Did he run in the 14 and 22 lap races? I was at those races also. I didn't know that he was there if he was. There was one racer in like the 4th or 5th starting row that did have a fluid leek and they delayed the start to clean up the track and was able to get the leak fixed for the race, but they had to take a second warm-up lap cuz it took so long to get 'er ready. Those were some awesome races also.

I was in the stands watching the horseshoe turns. I couldn't see anything on the straight-aways and the far turn. Just turn #'s 1-4. Wish I could've gotten to the top of the bleachers to be able to see the back straight-away. I heard that someone went down, but I was unable to get any view of who or what was going on. Just the one person's bike keep heading straight on it's side past turn #1, a bike start smoking a little, and 2 bikes turn left instead of turning right to hit turn #3. Grats on making to Daytona Dan and best of luck for the rest of the season !!!

That was Jessie Janish, a local racer at Blackhawk Farms.

The fluid leak bike was the 4&6 bike. That was Jim there supervising.

congrats to Dano, sucks about Montez but I don't think he'll be with the team next year.

Stewart apparently broke his foot.

Dano, on the other hand, bounces well. He got up and finished the 200 race (and tried to finish the supersport, but they black flagged him). He is relatively unhurt and in good spirits and already looking forward to next year. Dan is the man.

How did he finish the race? We saw him sitting on the crash truck on the victory lap. He was doing good though and with only 3 laps to go, I'm sure his tires were not in the best of shape probably turned it into that corner just like he had been but this time, no traction. Regardless he did definitely get some good coverage and not just his crash, he was on screen like 2 times before that while getting lapped by the lead guys.

I saw him on the crash truck, too. But at the end of the Supersport race. I think he still finished like 41st or something in the 200.

Just think what Dano could do with some support like Stewart is getting...

I did, but I'm giving it to Dano today. You're welcome to it when he's done...
