Starting from 16th and finishing in 7th isnt so bad. He was turning the same lap times the second half of the race as race leaders. He still beat Colin "Texas Ass Torpedo" Edwards.

I kind of feel sorry for him. He has tasted victory so many times in the smaller class. I just don't think he has what it takes.

he's tasted victory many times in the premier class as well and finished the season out in the top 3 just about every year he's been in 500/MotoGP
