That is the suit I wear. Ao far I have wrecked in it once and it held up pretty well. You probably will not get multiple crashes out of a $300 suit but you can probably get 2 or 3. If you do need repairs, alot of tailor places can do it or you can send it to a few of the leather makers for repairs. They were cheap enough that I bought 2 sets since I race and do not want to miss races bcause of bad leathers.

Oh and I have worn $300 to $1000 suits and they all have failed at some level when I have Wrecked.

Holy crap, only $279? I gotta pick up one of those, I've been looking to replace my 2 piece with a 1 piece.

The one time I lowsided in my 2 piece, the 360 zipper really isn't a 360, more like 340, and that 1 inch gap rode up and I slid on my bare stomach. Not fun!

It is a pretty comfy suit. In other suits I had I wore a size 46 (even in an older model AGV) but this one was cut a tad smaller so I got a 48.

I never tried on a 1 piece suit.
I am 5'9" 185lbs. 33"waist.
I am too heavy for the 46.
Should I get the size 48?
I am afraid of it being to tight but I don't want arms and legs to be too long.

from AGV's sizing chart charts: ('03 is only chart I could find.)
size 46
height 5'8" - 6'1"
weight 160-175
waist 31-34

size 48
height 5'10" - 6'2"
weight 175 - 190
waist 32 - 35

Any comments from the experienced?
Thanks.

AGV might have weird sizing, I dunno... I'm 5'11 and 240lb, and I fit (albeit pretty tightly) into a Spidi 46 2pc suit, and just right into a Joe Rocket 44 jacket and 36 pants.

I can't possibly see why you at 185lb and a 33" waist would have a problem fitting into a 46.

I am 5'8" and any where from 200 to 220 and the 48 fits almost perfect. The legs are maybe just a tad long but the "sleeves" are just about right. They are pretty close to what suit jsacket you would wear. I tried this suit in a 4 and could not get my legs into it. The other suits I have owned were 46.

sweet I'm going to pick one up for my next track day.

The suit I wore at autobahn was a 56 euro but according to their sizing chart I guess I'll get a 48. I'm 6'1 180lbs and 34 around the waist

Nick that suit your wore is a little small for me. It has been washed a couple of times and has been crashed over 10 times. When I first bought that suit it was a tiny bit bigger just to let you know. Since that is my B suit it only gets worn at the oval and rain races. I have the exact suit as my good one also and it is only 2 years old. The one you have is 5 years old.

I'm looking for a first suit, however I'm 6' 3" and range from 220-260 depending on the lifting season. Suggestions for size on this suit? I was leaning towards a two piece since it would be nice to unzip and keep the pants. Maybe I should just tough it out and go with a one piece. Kinda would make it a pain to just grab lunch somewhere though, no?
