I swear, Autobahn hates me...

Went back to Autobahn again this weekend with STT, this time at least I got to ride most of the day and only had to skip one session.

So this time, my generator siezes up, god knows why... I turned it on and it was running just fine it seemed and went to the riders meeting, and when I got back it was off and when I started it again it was just metal screeching like a mofo. I dunno why it would do that, it's only a few months old, and it's not like I forgot to put oil in it or ran it on full choke or anything... So, does anyone know a good small engine repair guy within 30 mins of Schaumburg, or should I just shitcan it and get a new one? I have the cheap Briggs & Stratton one that has that long handle and is loud as hell.

Also, I tried to turn my bike to GP Shift and the goddamn bolt for the shift knuckle just snaps off inside the thing... I missed a session and jury rigged it so I could still ride the rest of the day but didn't really feel that safe about it, but it seemed to hold up ok. Time for a new one I guess... but I swear, in my 2 weekends at Autobahn, something bad has always happened, maybe it's just the tracks way of telling me to get my shit together and be more proactive about maintenance and shit, but that doesn't explain that canopy that came crashing down on us

Saturday was great though, didn't make any improvements all day until mikdivad rode with me in "I" group cuz no one was really checking stickers, and helped me drop like 4 or 5 seconds down to around the 44's from the 49's I was running all day. Thanks for the help and for pointing out how badly I was parking it in a couple of those corners
