Post BHF 30th/31st

Didn't see a thread started yet so I figured I'd do the honors. Tons of crashing both days, must have been something in the water? Saturday beginner group had 42 signed up.. I got bumped to Intermediate after lunch. I ran a 1:26 behind mike on the 1000rr. Intermediate was tons of fun because there was a lot less people and no one to really slow you down. This morning I'm sure I was way faster I'd guess 1:23's maybe? I need to get that lap timer Every session before lunch this morning had a red flag in beginner. I decided to call it quits when my front tire washed out in turn 4 and I almost highsided. Did anyone see that? Ytrap had a pretty bad crash but from what I hear he's in stable condition, heal up! It was nice meeting some new people and the regulars.. selston, tripod, busagirl, chills

Hopefully I'll see some of you guys at autobahn on the 15th

Oh ya if anyone is selling a diablo corsa front new or used let me know!

Anyone have a more detailed update on Shannon? Last word I heard was "Stable Condition" at the rider's meeting this morning.

PS...This thread belongs in the NESBA forum.

Yea - Nice save Nick

Mopar - Slider photo will have a bunch of photos of you up on the site pretty soon.

Good to meet Nick & Butch & the others. Good to see Ron, TheGrouch & Pugsly (and Ethan). Got ride with Ron a little bit (only because zippy was holding him up long enough for me to catch up ) Had some good sessions. Weather was great - that breeze really helped out.

JimGoFast - I am ready for those pirelli slicks. Please give me a shout as soon as they come in. I want to get them mounted before Autobahn.

You're supposed to hang off to the side, NOT over the handlebars

Nice save though

Yeah I saw the whole thing and it scared the crap out of me. Thank God Nick knows how to react otherwise that wouldn't have been pretty.

I had a lot of fun on my one and only 20 minute session out there but it was very hard to manuever in leathers and boots that were 3 times to large for me

Busagirl, what kind of leathers (brand/size) do you have? You seem to be about the same build as me. PM me.
