Life's Journey Is Not To Arrive At The Grave Safely In A Well Preserved Body, But Rather To Skid In Sideways, Totally Worn Out, Shouting "HOLY SHIT... What A Ride!"

All you have to do is follow three simple rules. One, never under estimate your opponent (mentality). Expect the unexpected (could work out in your favor). Two, take it outside(or to a table). Never start anything inside the Bar unless it's absolutely necessary. And three, be nice.

Full gear if you want to feel comfortable while trying your best. It's just my best guess. I never been on a track YETTT. Im sure there is no gravel or tar snakes there

In short, check with the organization you plan on running with. In general, you need full leathers, proper boots, helmet, gloves, back protector is encouraged. Trailer the bike there if at all possible. Bring any tools in case you need to do minor maintenance.

bike prep should be tape up and disable lights, remove mirrors. Again, check with the org running it.

If you are going to ride with NESBA then just check out their list of things to bring. Its on their website.

Helmet, full face
Leathers, 1 or 2 piece (must have full circum. zipper for 2 piece)
Boots
Gloves, gauntlet style

You should also bring plenty of water and gatorade and snacks. A couple of folding chairs are nice, as is an EZ Up canopy.

If you have tools bring them. Also take some duct tape. And don't forget your credit card. You never know if you'll need to buy a tire or some brake pads to pass inspection.

And DO NOT forget your bike key.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

I was there on Sunday with my R1. It was my first time out there and I was very impressed. Definitely have to think about at least trying out a track day to get a feel for racing.
