2006 Predictions???

The performance of the ducati boys throughout the winter tests has me all jacked up about 2006. Should be great racing in GP, WSBK, and AMA.

here's my predictions:

WSBK: Bayliss will kick some serious ass and put the Duc back on top.
2nd - Corser
3rd - Lanzi

AMA: After Mladin, it's hard to guess....
2nd - Hodgy
3rd - Spies
followed by - Zemke, Yates, Bostrom, Duhamel, Haydens

GP after the 1/2 way point:
1st - Melandri
2nd - Sete
3rd - Rossi

Rossi will suffer a few hiccups in the early going due to all the distractions surrounding his racing future. After a win at a wet race in Donnington, Rossi will announce that he will indeed race a car in 2007. But it's not the Ferrari! He'll announce that he's going to drive a Kia entry in the 2007 Winston Cup series, explaining that winning F1 in a ferrari isn't enough of a challenge. Getting back to business in GP, he'll stop riding the races while baked, and not suffer another loss the remainder of the season.

final standings:
1st - Rossi
2nd - Melandri
3rd - Hayden

let's hear everyone's predictions

WSB - I've gotta telly ya, i think Toseland's gonna be back in a big way...after a rocky start last year he finished the last half of the season on a pretty hot streak.

AMA - It'll be interesting to see how Bostrom does with a real race bike under him again, he's been turning quicker times than Hodgson on the Ducati in a number of the tests.

GP - Not kidding, no joke, not just cuz i'm a huge fan...i'm predicting Nicky Hayden to win the championship...he's always had the talent, he just needed the confidence, and judging by the end of the season he's finally gotten it. He's only 24 (i think), and in his fourth season, he's learned the tracks, competitors and bikes...it is time
