For those that REALLY want to cornerwork at CCS events this year.

Be at the Pavillion at BHF Saturday (I think Sundays also) at 7am and talk to Bill Ritger. Wear white pants (no shorts) and tshirt. They will take you around for the first half showing you each corner and explaining whats going on. THen you will have to take a test (which is easy as hell). Around lunch they will assign you to a corner where you'll be working the rest of the day. As a corner worker you get lunch free (usually a special one that one of the staff makes at the cornerworker trailer), get into the gate free (only if you are going to cornerwork) and $50/day (except for the training day which you are working for free). Personally I think all racers should do this one weekend at least. Hell CCS should do like WERA and make it mandatory to go expert. You'll understand WHY they do things the way they do. It amazes me how many people BITCH about cornerworkers because *they* think that the race should be stopped or whatever.

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.

Oh BTW anyone that says RED on the radio contributes $2.00 to the cornerworker beer fund.D So get used to saying 'crimson' instead of red.D
