My first Trackday!

Hey everyone I am posting from Sunny Florida I took my first trackday with Jennings GP this weekend. It was fun to be able to ride a borrowed GSXR 750and not have to worry about loading it up and taking it home to my garage if I crashed, which I didn't. I got out there and had a good time. There were alot of accidents, which sucked and they life flighted someone out. What's with everyone crashing this year? Luckly the guy is ok, just some bad bruises a few broken ribs and an arm. Other than that nothing major. I was talking to a guy there and he let me ride my dream bike...a Ducati 748 in yellow. Anyway I figured that I would post up a few photos. The day was uneventful as in no crashes but I WILL be rocking the track with NESBA this year! I'm hooked, no doubt. Anyway the photos

Congrats Brit!! You look great, and that Duc is sweet. (no sandals?!)

I was just thinking about you this afternoon. We have to get you out to Blackhawk at the end of this month. It is one of the best CLSB get togethers and everyone will be there.

July 29-30th, you coming?

469 is my boys number and it dates back to pagers and each person havin a number...way before my time. I feel really small out there but it's what I had to ride. I am really going to try to get out to Blackhawk this year. I will see if I can get out there. Either way rubber side down all day, which was way good. Either way I'm addicted now. And I am offically the rolling chicane of Jennings GP

The fun part about it is I'm only 19, that leaves me plenty of time to get fast.

You've never done a track day before? I'm suprised, given how enthusiastic you are about it, and that you already had a track bike. I figured you'd done a ton.

Did you go down to Florida just to do the track?

It was my first trackday. I bought the bike cause I couldn't turn it down for the price and what came with it. I'm a racer girlfriend and I really like the track, I drag raced when I was younger so to me it's just another way to get a rush. I didn't come to Florida just for the trackday but it was the closing deal of leaving my boyfriend and my puppy for 10 days.

Guys let 19year old girls ride their Ducs when you have one of 115 special edition limited Ducatis and a house on the beach in Charleson SC, and an 06 R6 that you just crashed and it's all rashed on the side and all you say is yeah, I'll probably just buy a new set of plastics. And I'm sure the pigtails didn't hurt either

Nice first track to ride, so I've been told.

"For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, 'He has a demon.' The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, 'Here is a glutton and a drunkard..."

The first turn is the worst turn, between the left ear and the right one.

I have no photos of the limited. We were talking about Ducatis and the new Desmosadici RR when he told me about his collection. I know it wasn't the one that I was on, and yeah he was hot but old and told me about his wife and kids, I'm not down with that. The track was really neat, lots of variations. I felt like I was at Blackhawk, its out in the middle of BFE with swamp and shit around. Still a good track though.
