Michelle,
We do not recognize track day organizations as one of our sanctioned race organizations. However, we do have some blemished chocks in our inventory that are $20.00 off of the regular price if you are interested in that offer.
who's part of a racing org that wants to get me a discount on this? pa-pa-pa-leeeeeeeeeez

ebay "motorcycle wheel chock" My baxley is very nice but there is really no difference with some of the no name brands besides the price tag. Just look for a similar design.

Hey meech, try reminding her that they've given us the discount before on several group buy purchases.

In fact, several of us that first got them are in Baxley's online gallery at

http://www.baxleycompanies.com/Image...-trip-both.jpg

and

http://www.baxleycompanies.com/Image...race-bikes.jpg

when we sent them thank you pics and endorsements on how well we enjoy their products

here's what she wrote back to me:

Quote:
Hi Michelle,
I'm sorry for the confusion about the discounts. I know that this subject has come up before and Nesba membership currently doesn't fall into one our discount groups. But things do happen and I wouldn't want for us to have given the discount to some Nesba members and then deny it to others and in that light, please let us know the name or names of any other Nesba members that got 10% off and we'll gladly honor that discount for you. In the mean time, the "blems" are very nearly perfect and would also give you the equivalent of 10% off if you would like to go ahead and order. As a matter of fact I'll personally make sure you get and extra special clean one!
Please forgive this confusion, we have to be careful that we don't overstep our agreements with our dealers that expect us to sell at retail expect in limited circumstances.
Please let myself or Cindy know what you find or decide.
Thanks for your patience with us,
William "Chip" Mayfield
Baxley Trailer Co.
cell (334) 791-7604
if you could, just post up if you got the discount and I'll forward this entire thread to her

Thanks!!!

Baxley rocks, they should just sponsor this site with as much money as we all send them. Then they could come out with a blue and yellow CLSB version

The bike just past 414 is mine. The green one on the far right is Chills' ZX9R. Baxley's are worth the extra cost..I even use it for the dirtbike (doesn't work too well, but okay). I've seen Condors fail..twice.

The biggest problem with a group buy is shipping. They all need to go to the same address, and they are somewhat heavy (for UPS shipping). To get a decent rate on 12, you'd probably need somebody who could accept a pallet, then manage to get them to everybody.

That would work out really well can you PM me your work address (shipping info)?

Once we get our 12 people, I'll go ahead and collect the $$$ and pay for them and give everyone the tracking # information

we are looking at a 20 - 25% discount with the group buy so who else is in???

Quote:
Our group buy policy is that you get free shipping to a single purcasher/single destination for the chocks (at least 12). There's no way we can coordinate payment for all individuals as a "group buy" and give any kind of discount. You'd probably want to coordinate it so that an individual can deliver the chocks to a track day for distribution. Any discounts avalilable for the individual apply of course to the quantity. So you're looking at basically 20% - 25% off with a group buy of at least 12 chocks. I'm still waiting to hear back from Nesba about Baxley sponsorship in order to make the discount for Sport Chocks official.

Ride safe;
