Define "Participated in".

Been to as a fan? Close to fifty.

Supported (crew, sponsor, managed)? A few weekends.

Actually raced in? None. . .

Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who said it, no matter if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense. ~ Buddha

I think 35 as a rider, might be more. A hand full as a team consultant.

I hate to watch. Only thing I went to watch was the '88 Laguna GP.

I've been every Road America National since 1986. Been to Pikes Peak, Road Atlanta and Infineon all as a fan. Also did the MotoGP in Germany and England as a fan, of course! Have assisted maybe four or five times (Dean Mizdal, AMA #38). I've been to Springfield for a TT, but definitely wanna go to Peoria.

Oh, and a World SBK is next on my list.

Does being at the track, camping, partying and being shit faced count as participating? I've been to plenty AMA national races as a fan. My pocket book isn't deep enough to actually attempt to qualify. But I would definitely like to give it a shot some day.

I once witnessed a friend swim across a moat and climb on stage with Steppenwolf during Magic Carpet Ride, sang into the mic and everything.
