Check out the new paint job....

I am really happy with how they came out...almost too perty to race them Check out the pinstriping....very nice. Turnaround time was 1 week.

If anyone is interested in getting their skins and/or tank painted, send me a PM....I have the hookup.

Looks good John

What are you going to do when you decide to do a race...just throw some yellow vinyl and #s on it? Just wondering.

I ruled out the yellow upon further evaluation...too many colors and I already had three (white, silver, and black).

Again, it looks GREAT! I should be getting my race glass this week. Then it's a matter of settling on a color scheme.

Prices are as follows...

$200 for skins only with 1 base color. This price includes number plates with your choice of yellow, white, etc. The numbers are actually stickers you can pick up at OfficeMax/Office Depot. It's important to have your #s picked out so he can make the right size #plates.

$50 more for a second color.

$50 more the tank.

Mine ran $250 which included black and silver base colors and white number plates.

ANyone who's interested, PM me.

Yeh....very cheap....but high quality. He matched my tank perfect.

The guy just enjoys working on bike plastics. He's an auto body guy...so these jobs are much more fun and rewarding for him than fixing/painting dents and collisons. He's not out to make a ton of cash, just wants a break from painting hoods and stuff.

sheesh I would have told you the opposite. My dad and I have another NASCAR we are painting with 5 different colors. I'd rather do that than one color on a bike anyday. The prep and finishing work is much harder with bike plastics because of all the small light parts and molded body lines. Makes it really hard and you almost need two people just to buff them. One to buff and one too hold so the buffer doesn't throw the parts accross the room

That's great he likes it though. He did a good job for ya.
