I was there Sunday, and it's not done yet. There was some new tar snakes all over the place, that they pointed out in the rider's meeting. They basically said that they used the slick stuff because it was getting repaved in the fall, although they didnt give a date..

+1 on a track with character

Nice bionic collarbone Dave

It would be sweet if they would do a total repave at Grattan. I did read some rumors that they were just repaving from the bowl to the bus stop with a test material. But that's just rumor...

It is a favorite of mine even with crappy pavement!!

I was reading from Nesba's site about this track, and it seems that it is very technical. Anything that I should be aware of other than I guess people have various opinions on the grip of the surface. Just reading this from the Nesba site had me worried. Lots of turns that are designed to really screw you up, but the dialogue talks for cars instead of bikes, so I was hoping to get some writeup on the track for bikes specifically, as well as a better track map. Their website is horrible.

If you don't like country and want to hear a motor and flatslides whistling here is one I took a few years ago as well.

I'd rather do the Tube Snake Boogie instead of the Boot Scoot Boogie. LOL!!!

Boot-Scootin - better than peg-scrapin / lowsidin !

I stopped touching boots so much when I fixed my body position.

Thanks Freddie !
