Blackhawk off-road edges...

For those that have been to Blackhawk this year...

Do I still need to bring a sheet of plywood to put the bike on if I do not get a chance to park in a paved area? I know last year if you parked along the main road or by the offices, you needed a sheet to use rear stands. Thanks.

Dean

What do the internet and Channel 11 have in common? They are both a window to the world; put it out there and do not be surprised who will see it.

I use a cheap black rug I got from walmart that works just fine if you don't feel like hauling the plywood. Not going to be as good as the board, but I used my vortex f+r stands with no problem. I pitted along the main road right where you enter the starting grid as well.

Semi truck mud flaps work real great also.

Also please dont put your bike on stands on the roads themselves. 1 security will tell you to move it off and 2 it makes it a pita in areas for me to get the crash truck through.
