Where is the best place to get a good 1 piece? Ready to get one and the A* that newenough had isnt on clearance anymore.

check out denniskirk dot com clearance section. I got an A-stars suit for 440 shipped the winter before last. You can also check out sportbiketrackgear dot com and newenough dot com. If you don't mind used suits, also look at the Wera forum, racers are always selling things dirt cheap there, they will even beat Ebay most of the time.

Call Newenough and ask them if they will still sell you the suit at the sale price, they are good people, they'll probably go for it.

Try motorcyclecloseouts.com too. My younger brother picked up new (tags still on it) Shift perforated leather one piece from Ebay for $150.

Kneedraggers found the last suit in that model and size sitting on a shelf at some warehouse. The legs are too long in the next size up, although the chest is too tight in my suit. I'm in-between sizes (as usual); looks like my next suit will be custom, as nothing off the shelf ever fits me.

I had Spyderchic fit my last suit for about $150. I'd contact her and decide on the best plan. Does she want to shorten the legs, or let out the torso. The you can pick the best size to start from. In the end you get a custom fit for little more than off the shelf pricing.

Mark,

If you wanna borrow one, I probably have one that would fit ya. Otherwise, I got mine either from NewEnough ($350 on sale for an $800 suit) and I got hte others through CLSB and EBAY. There are STEALS to be had if you look.

That's a good deal. I'll keep that in mind as an extra $150 fro to make a $700 suit fit better is worth it.
