A friend of mine got taken out by Aaron Gobert at Miller

He'll was attempting to qualify for and race in the FX race and the Superstock race aboard his 600RR and 1000RR racebikes.

here is the info I got

Update from the EDR forum. This really fricken sucks.

Mark was taken out by Aaron Gobert a bit ago and was unconscious for some time. He was transported to Toole I believe by life flight as I seen it leave a few min ago. The team said he was in lots of pain and one of his arms is pretty tore up/fractured. We don't know for sure his injuries but due to time he was unconscious etc they didn't want to take any chances.

Bike isn't too bad but frame is caved in on one side so that sucks!! Aaron came and apologized, was having issues with bike, was looking down and when looked up ran into back of Mark. He admitted his fault but still sucks for Mark.

Hope all is well and will post more details when we know them.

Get well Mark!!

Heal up, Mark!

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

Sucks! Bad enough to go down due to your own mistakes, let alone someone else.

That sucks but as racers we know shit happens. It's only a matter of who and when. Keep us posted on your buddy Steve. Let's hope he makes a full recovery.
