Super Single

Here is a different super single setup that will be offered soon. Underneath that body work is a Honda CRF450 Frame Motor Subframe.

Quote:
The body work is in production and the same kit fits all 4 big oems but with a different tank cover. The rearsets are R1 and they work the best on all bikes ...... full kits will be ready soon.

Thats good to hear. The original kits pretty much defeated the purpose of the stated intention 'affordable' roadracing

That bike is probably over 15 grand to build and make it the way it is. If you call that affordable you are well off. There are other way more offardable machines out there to go road racing with. "Road Racing" and "Affordable" shouldn't even be used in the same sentence.

That was the original at that price. If Geo is right, the one in the pic should be alot cheaper.

But roadracing and affordable are probably best not used in the same sentence unless separated by "NOT"

Compared to the bikes it is supposed to be "replacing" 15K would be affordable. TZ250 RS250s are not exactly inexpensive either. This is supposed to be for a spec style class. If you look close at the bike or go to the web page you will see that Racetech is modifying stock forks and rear shock, the wheels are high end supermoto wheels and the body work is all fiberglass, the stock gas tank is still under there.

Anyway I think it looks cool, I'll stick with ruining my dirtbike by putting slicks on it, but if someone wanted to really mess one up this would be the way to go.

New training shoes every 250-300miles, lightweight race flats, entry fees, proper nutrition costs. That shit adds up.
