Have Not Watched AMA SBK Since

......the MLadin Spies era and my DVR caught the Laguna Round and have to say, both the 600 and 1K provided some pretty damn good racing

Now idea who these new kids are but kinda laugh when I seen "Josh Herrin and Danny Eslick" racing AMA as I think of those 2 as the "Knee Down Back It In Sumo Gods" and here, I see they actually have real jobs......

Was VERY surprised to see the EBR bikes running the way they did

Also, WTF is the "Daytona" class? - They are 600s - Quit trying to church it up and call them Super Sports - Frickin 'mericans

"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming WOW, what a RIDE !!"

The racing has been very good the last couple of seasons.

The "Daytona Sportbike" is the evolution of the FX class when it was adapted ( slowed ) to be the premier class for the Daytona 200 ..... hnece, Daytona Sportbike.

It's sort-of a 600cc or "lightweight" superbike.

SO now you have

Supersport ( stock-ish 600's )
Daytona Sportbike ( Superbike-ish 600's )
Superbike ( Superbike-ish 1000's - but not like World Superbike - superbikes )

It's ALL between the ears.....

I am seriously personally embarrassed by Speed's coverage of the series.

HOW do these buffoons not give a full grid at the beginning of the race? How do they fail to mention that Tommy Aquino made a return to the series from the Spanish CEV series? How do they fail to mention that Goebert made a return to the series? How do they say that Steve Rapp finished 20th when he didn't start the race!

It is just awful...I'm getting to the point where I want to just mute the volume. Were it not for Russel, I probably would do just that.
