That was an exciting race.
I thought Rossi was going to get drafted past on the line but he held onto it.
So with the new rules how many wins or 2nd place finishes before Ducati gets lumped in with the rest?

When did Dorna allow Duc to run NOS? - WTF?

What a race

They get to run softer tires which seems to be a pretty big deal for Ducati until they have a set number of race wins or 2nd place finishes, which they did not last year. There are other concessions as well RamenBoy mentioned larger fuel capacity for one.

Great fricken race!!!!! Loved that Rossi was able to get to the front and win it. Now reports are Dani will be done indefinitely racing moto gp after this race. Also Lorenzo explained why he dropped back towards the end of the race. He could not see because he had a helmet malfunction.

Did anyone watch the moto 3 race??? Honestly I thought that was the best race of the 3 this weekend for moto gp.

i saved moto2 and moto3 races to watch today at work :P i'm watching on the motogp site.

but yeah hard to believe rossi's been racing for 20 years. and he's still winning. then again, good thing marquez ran wide in the openning lap. would have been totally different

FS1 showed it last night and will air it again later this week. I believe Ducati loses the concessions with either one win, two 2nd's or three 3rd's. They now have a 2nd and 3rd so, I assume they lose the concessions the next time they are on the box.

I watched most of it on my cell off of a Facebook post @ 3 am this morning. Rossi is still riding like a demon. Marquez was slicing thru the field like a hot knife through butter.
