decrease image size (quality)?

What's the easiest and cheapest way to go about this?

I'm taking pictures with a Canon Rebel T1i and can't upload pictures to ebay because the file size is too large.

Here are the pics...

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.

or just change the picture size in the camera, if you dont need big photos, dont take big photos

(lamens terms)

Then you wont need to modify the photos, and out of the camera you can then straight upload.

lulz, I got in a "heated debate" with a friend the other day that has a PAS and was complaining all the time about how her photos had problems in email do to size. I told her to decrease it and then she began to state the fact that they sold it to her as a 10.2143234652345 megagugaplexa camera.

wheres the head bang smilie.
