Some shots of my new guitar amp!

These are very rare, and there is a 1+ year waiting list. I managed to score on used, and decided to tease a guitar forum with "photos of my new amp"

Looks like someone needs to learn to solder.

So what is it?

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.

Solder doesn't need to flow through it by the insulation. It's already got a solid mechanical connection between two pins and solder is clearly flowing through the wire and two pins at that point.

cant tell how long the strand is, have to guess for worse case = strand is only .25-.5 and then the flowed area was minimal therefore subject area was susceptible to a weak link.

This is totally not in direct reference to the amp in this case since you let us know it was longer, just saying what the basis of reasoning on the comment was.

pic doesnt work, says protected content moar photos!

Ahh, that's right. I forgot I blocked the rest of the photos so nobody could steal the circuit.

Yeah, sorry.

I'm still tempted, but I traded some rare speakers for a nice Lite Ash Telecaster with a nicely figured birds eye maple neck. So my guitar lust has been sated for now.

Though in the back of my mind...I keep thinking about a PRS of some sort. But that's way further down the line.
