US vs. Brazil Soccer

Went to watch the US Mens National Team play Brazil at Soldier Field yesterday and took some pictures from my seat in the 5th row. Although the US lost 4-2 the game was actually closer than the score indicates. IT should have been more like 3-2 or 2-2, some major BS calls and missed calls that sure seemed slanted towards Braxil, and their first goal was actaully a deflection of a US defender.

cool shots! I should have brought my camera to the Real Madrid Vs Chivas Game a few years back, but alas, I was in nosebleed seats.

Soccer's awesome! (not a replacement for American Football, but a damn fine sport on its own).

That lens is something else, those colors just pop out. wow!

Nice pics. I watched part of the game and was impressed by the US national team. They played very well! I hope they keep it up!

On a side note, while watching the game, I remember Bocanegra and Beasley used to be on the Fire and I thought, what happened? Did the Fire trade them away, lose them or did they go play in Europe? I think CJ Brown, who has played for the National team, and Wolf also played for the Fire. The Fire have had some awesome players.
