Naf Naf in Naperville

Anyone eat here? At the rec of my Hebrew teacher I tried it last week (had the beef kifta kabab) and it was feeenominal. How does this place stack up to other area Mediterranean style places to eat?

This was my first exposure to this type of food (grew up in Joliet to Czech and German heritage parents...give me a break) but it won't be the last. Goodbye gyros.

If you get the itch to do it yourself.. hit up http://www.medoasisstore.com/ They are on Bailey (south of washington, between Wash and Naper Blvd.)...

They even have a carry-out / eat in (cramped tiny tables - not really 'date' style, but hey... place to sit) with awesome food.

Everyone Exaggerates

We're being taken for a ride... agaaaaaaain.....

My gf and I really like the place. It's not the best Med. food I've never had, but for a small little family owned place, it's great. Their fresh bread is friggin AWESOME!!! What we like to do is get an order of chicken schwarma with rice & salad, and hummus & falafel, and share all of it with our pita. Definitely good stuff and they'll be putting in outdoor seating soon (if they haven't already).

I lived in Israel for 7 years and got hooked on Mediterranean food. There was a great Israeli/Moroccan cuisine place on Devon Avenue, called HaShalom, but they closed, I think they are on facebook and working on their own cookbook.

In far Northwest burbs - in Vernon Hills - Tajine Casablanca is very good - and I go there a lot.
